The A303 in Wiltshire has fully reopened after an earlier fuel spillage from a broken-down vehicle closed the road to traffic in both directions.
The Eastbound carriageway reopened first, with the westbound carriageway reopening just before 2 pm.
Teams worked quickly to make the fuel spillage safe, as well as the recovering vehicles.
Local roads have returned to normal after traffic used them as diversion routes to avoid the closure.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "At around 8.35 am, we responded to a two-vehicle collision on the A303 at Cholderton.
"There were no reported injuries. The road was closed to allow for recovery of the vehicles and has now been lifted."
