Due to many of members being away on holiday, Salisbury and District Chamber of Commerce have extended their 'early bird' offer for members until next week.
On Wednesday 30th September, Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce will bring together around 60 businesses for the South Wiltshire Business Festival at Salisbury City Hall – a major day of business, opportunity, inspiration and connections.
The Festival will be officially opened at 9.00am by John Glen MP, followed by a programme of inspirational speakers, practical 'Building Your Business' sessions and opportunities to meet businesses and decision-makers from across Salisbury and South Wiltshire.
Organisers say, "We are creating opportunities for Chamber members to meet organisations that actually want to work with local businesses. This includes, 'Meet the Buyer', a chance for local companies to learn about how to tender to supply Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and hear about the City Council's plans surrounding Salisbury 800, one of the most important celebrations for our city in generations – and discuss where local businesses may be able to become involved."
Salisbury Radio will at the event, talking with local business owners about the importance of local marketing, and how to 'use the power of local' to win customers from larger, national and global brands.
There will also be sessions from Salisbury Reds about their important role within our local economy, their work and the opportunities they can offer local businesses.
