Wiltshire Police are appealing for information following an assault in Salisbury city centre yesterday afternoon (12th January 2022).
At approximately 1.40pm yesterday, officers were called to Endless Street following a report that an 18-year-old man had been assaulted on a bench close to Blue Boar Row.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said, "A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of ABH and common assault and is currently in custody in Melksham.
"Anyone with information should call 101 and quote crime reference number 54220003709."
