Salisbury City Council has reported an increase in vandalism at public toilets across the city.
Recent incidents include fires being set at toilets in Fisherton Recreation Ground.
There has also been damage caused by black paint in a coach park toilet, along with a door at Lush House being damaged beyond repair.
Repeated vandalism has also affected toilet cubicles at several locations.
The council says the damage is impacting the availability and quality of facilities for residents and visitors.
It also means additional time and money must be spent on repairs.
Officials are urging members of the public to report any incidents or suspicious behaviour.
They say community support is key to protecting shared public spaces.
