Salisbury FC have announced that Gibraltar international and forward Jaiden Bartolo has signed on a permanent deal for the 2026/27 season.
The 20-year-old began his career in Spain and Gibraltar, playing for Manchester 62, before moving to National League side Wealdstone.
Jaiden was then picked up by Wycombe Wanderers and spent most of his time on loan with Weymouth and Slough Town.
Born in Slough, the Gibraltarian actually featured against the Whites twice during the 2025/26 season, for two different clubs: Chesham in a 1-0 victory and AFC Totton away from home in a 2-1 defeat.
The forward had his best spell in the National League South for AFC Totton at the latter stages of last season, making 15 appearances for the Stags and scoring twice against Horsham and a last-minute equaliser against Chesham, which they eventually won later in extra time.
Bartolo has also made appearances for the Gibraltar national team in international friendlies, the UEFA Nations League, and, most recently, the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers, playing 90 minutes against the likes of Croatia.
Manager Brian Dutton said the following after securing Jaiden’s signature, "We’re delighted to have Jaiden on board as he’s a player we’ve been monitoring for the last couple of seasons.
"He’s really impressed us with his natural enthusiasm for the game.
"He’s a really dynamic and aggressive forward, who doesn’t give any defenders time to settle on the ball.
"He’s a super talented player, and we’re sure the Whites faithful will enjoy his all-action performances!"
Season tickets and match tickets for the club's home pre-season matches are now on sale via the club's website - https://salisburyfc.co.uk/
