Salisbury Talent Show Invites Participants

Dust off your dancing shoes, warm up your singing voice and get ready to showcase your talents at the Salisbury Talent Show!

Taking place on Sunday 13 September, from 10 am to 4 pm, in Salisbury Market Place, the event will give local people the chance to take to the stage and entertain the crowds.

The event is the final Salisbury Street Sellers market of 2026. Salisbury Street Sellers are a series of themed markets organised by Salisbury City Council, bringing local traders, food vendors and entertainment into the heart of the city centre.

Whether you can sing, dance, perform magic, show off a special skill or even teach your dog a few tricks, everyone is welcome to take part. There is no need to register in advance; simply turn up from 10 am and register at the Salisbury City Council gazebo.

Performers will be in with a chance of winning a slot to perform at this year’s Christmas Begins event in November!

The City Council has partnered with Panthera Dance Company, who will provide two judges for the talent show. They will be joined on the judging panel by Connor Sanderson, local DJ and Head Coach at Astrella Academy of Football. There will even be a guest appearance from the Mayor of Salisbury, Cllr Jenny Bolwell.

You don’t have to be a performer to get involved. Come along to explore the stalls, try delicious street food, support the performers, enjoy the atmosphere and make the most of the last Street Sellers market of 2026.
