Salisbury continue their season this weekend with a trip to pre-season favourites Walton and Hersham.
Brian Dutton's side had an (un)expected day off on Tuesday when their trip to Poole Town was postponed, again, after it failed a pitch inspection, even after the referee gave the club more time to work on the playing surface.
Salisbury sit second in the league, level on points with Chesham United, who are top, but Salisbury have a game in hand. The Ray Mac-based side have been on a fine run with only one defeat in the last eight games, that defeat coming last time out at the hands of Merthyr Town.
Walton & Hersham currently sit eighth in the table but are in a period of poor league form, not winning in the league during the month of November, with their last win back in October against Hanwell Town.
Since they have lost against Winchester City, Merthyr Town, Hendon, and Plymouth Parkway in the league, picking up only 6 points from the last possible 18.
Salisbury will look to return to winning ways and bolstered their squad in the week with the arrival of former Walsall midfielder Sam Perry.
