A 19-year-old man has sadly died following a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the A36 in the early hours of yesterday (9th July).
Wiltshire Police said in a statement, "The car he was driving in appears to have left the road between Whaddon and Brickworth Corner.
"Emergency services were called to the collision shortly after 5.30 am.
"Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene by attending paramedics.
"His next of kin have been informed, and our thoughts are with them at this time.
"Any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dash cam footage are asked to contact the serious collision investigation team on 01225 694597 quoting log 050 of July 9.
