Salisbury BID has launched a new online training platform for local businesses.
The initiative gives nearly 500 member businesses free, unlimited access to more than 300 professional courses.
Around 9,000 employees across the city are expected to benefit from the scheme.
The platform, built on the SEEDL learning system, also includes more than 20 live expert-led sessions each week.
Courses cover a wide range of topics including artificial intelligence, customer service, health and safety, leadership and crime prevention.
All sessions are designed to be flexible, with most lasting under an hour and available on demand.
The training is CPD-certified and accessible in multiple languages.
Organisers say the platform removes cost barriers, particularly for smaller businesses that may struggle to invest in staff development.
Salisbury BID says the scheme is part of its wider efforts to support local businesses and strengthen the city’s workforce.
