Local actors in Wiltshire are being invited to apply to star in a new 1930s feature film.
The Casting Collective has put out an urgent casting call for extras in Wiltshire to be a part of a new major feature film.
Successful applicants will be offered "good rates of pay", and will play citizens in the film for a day, a few days, or more depending on the role.
The filming will take place from March to the end of June 2022. Dates will depend on the particular characters and the scenes requirements.
Applicants will need to be able to travel to Reading for costume fittings prior to shoot days. Male actors will be asked to start growing out short hair (if nature allows) so they will be able to have the correct 1930's short back and sides, longer on top style cut by the production hair & makeup team at their costume fitting.
Much longer hair for men will need to be cut shorter at the fitting too. Women will ideally have chin to bust length hair with no obvious dye or highlights.
If you generally have good availability, live in the Wiltshire area and would like to be considered at this stage, all are welcome to apply.
All applicants must have a valid National Insurance number, be legally allowed to work in the UK and be over 17 years old. Owning a car is an advantage but not crucial.
