Salisbury have reached the FA Cup First Round proper for the first time since the club reformed in 2015.
Salisbury City had several memorable FA Cup runs, including facing huge clubs like Nottingham Forest at the Ray Mac in front of the TV cameras.
There have also been big games against Sheffield Wednesday, but more recently City reached the third round under Darrell Clarke to face Sheffield United, with around 2000 Salisbury supporters travelling to Yorkshire.
This season's FA Cup run marks the new club's first foray into the competition proper, overcoming Taunton Town, Dulwich Hamlet and Eastbourne Borough in the process.
Salisbury could now face several big clubs, including 2016 Premier League champions Leicester City, as EFL League One and League Two clubs join the competition in the first round.
Other potential ties could include other former Premier League Clubs like Bradford City, Luton Town, Reading, Sheffield Wednesday, and Wigan Athletic.
The tie could also produce an all-Wiltshire tie against League Two's Swindon Town.
Plenty of non-league teams remain in the competition too. Tadley Calleva, who play in the 9th tier of English football, face a replay against Aldershot after battling to a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Sholing and Wimborne Town are two local non-league sides Salisbury could face, both of which play at a lower level than Brian Dutton's side.
Salisbury are ball number 65 in this evening's draw, which will be broadcast live on TNT Sports at 6:30 pm.
Salisbury have announced that the Fan Zone will be open for the draw this evening, with supporters gathering to discover their first-round opponents.
Salisbury Radio will have Ian Pearson and Andy Munns live at the Ray Mac to bring all the reaction during Hometime with Hicks from 6 pm on Salisbury Radio.
