A six-mile stretch of the A303 will be closed for three nights from tonight (Wednesday, 5th March) for horticultural works being carried out by National Highways.
Beginning at 8 pm this evening, the road will be closed in both directions until 6 am tomorrow morning, repeated tomorrow (6th March) and Friday (7th March) night.
The road will be closed from the Deptford Interchange junction with the A36 to the Longbarrow Roundabout, which is the junction with the A360. This means the road through Winterboune Stoke will be closed.

The diversion route will direct traffic through Fisherton de la Mere, Codford St Mary, Shrewton and back on to the A303 after passing the Stonehenge visitors centre.
