The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Salisbury this afternoon with heavy rain during Monday afternoon and evening, which may cause some flooding and disruption to travel.
A yellow warning is the lowest level of warning from the Met Office, and it means it is possible that there may be disruption caused by the weather.
With the ground already saturated from days of wet weather, and many rivers' water levels already high, there are already flood alerts and flood warnings across much of the area.

Flood Warnings are currently in place in the Avon Valley north of Salisbury, the Ebble Valley, Wylye Valley, the Winterbournes in the Bourne Valley, Britford on the Avon, Southampton Road area, around the Cathedral, and the Avon south of Salisbury.
