Wiltshire Police are seeking dashcam footage or witnesses to come forward after a pedestrian was hit by a car on Devizes Road.
In a statement, police said, "We attended a collision involving a car and a pedestrian at approximately 4pm on January 29 on Devizes Road, Salisbury, between Palmer Road and Highfield Avenue.
"The pedestrian, a man in his 70s, was taken to the hospital.
"The road was closed until approximately 5pm and the driver of the vehicle involved - a woman in her 30s - was reported for careless driving.
"We are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage.
