A Wiltshire man has been jailed after admitting multiple child sex offences and possession of cocaine.
Christopher Saunders-Pope, 36, of Randalls Croft Road in Wilton, has been sentenced to three years and four months in prison.
He was sentenced at Swindon Crown Court following an investigation by the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit.
Saunders-Pope was arrested in March 2024 after communicating online with who he believed was a teenage boy and travelling to meet the child to sexually abuse him.
Instead, he was met and arrested by SWROCU officers.
He pleaded guilty to offences including attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, arranging or facilitating sexual activity with a child, making and distributing indecent images, possessing an extreme pornographic image and possessing cocaine.
He was also given a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
