Stars Appeal says more than 1,000 people have registered for Walk for Wards on Sunday July 5.
The sponsored walk takes place at Wilton House, with 3k, 5k, 10k and 15k routes available.
Participants can walk in support of a ward or department at Salisbury District Hospital, or in memory of a loved one.
The event is free to enter, with walkers asked to raise sponsorship.
Money raised will support hospital projects including new equipment, building improvements, Wi-Fi and support for people with cancer.
Organisers hope to reach a target of 2,000 walkers.
