Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was assaulted in Sainsbury’s car park in The Maltings, Salisbury.
In a statement, they said, "On January 12, between 4 pm and 4.15 pm, the victim, a 14-year-old boy, was approached by a group of youths who surrounded him.
"One boy, thought to be around 14 or 15 years old, then assaulted the victim, who fortunately suffered only minor injuries but was left shaken by the incident.
"We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has information on it.
