Solstice Sounds returns at Holders Field on Friday, 19th June, with an exciting line-up of music and entertainment to celebrate the Solstice weekend.
With gates opening at 4:00 pm and the event running through to 10:30 pm, this year’s festival promises an electrifying experience for music lovers of all ages. The event is part of Amesbury Carnival weekend, with the town's Carnival procession and show taking place the next day, on the Saturday and an Armed Forces Day event on the Sunday.
Headlining the event are iconic pop favourites The Cheeky Girls, alongside UK garage sensations Sweet Female Attitude and chart-topping duo Platnum, bringing a vibrant mix of nostalgic hits and high-energy performances to the stage. Joining the line-up is award-winning Wiltshire’s number one DJ, DJ Paul Alex, who will be keeping the crowds entertained throughout with all the very best hits.
Following the incredible success of last year’s sold-out event, which welcomed over 3,000 people onto the showground, anticipation is higher than ever.
Festivalgoers in 2025 were treated to a standout performance from N-Trance, whose electrifying set had the crowd on their feet and set the tone for what has quickly become one of the area’s must-attend summer events.
Carnival Chair Damian Kuczera said: "Last year’s Solstice Sounds exceeded all expectations, with an amazing atmosphere and a fantastic turnout from the community. We’re thrilled to be bringing it back for 2026—bigger, better, and packed with even more entertainment for everyone to enjoy."
In addition to the live music, attendees can look forward to a huge Stokes funfair featuring brand-new thrill rides, alongside a wide selection of bars and plenty of food and drink options to keep the energy high throughout the evening.
Discounted early bird tickets are available for a limited time only, giving fans the chance to secure their place at a reduced price—but they won’t last long.
Tickets are on sale now and expected to sell quickly. Secure yours today by visiting amesburycarnival.co.uk.
Stall holder and procession entries for the Saturday Carnival Procession & Show and Sunday 'Salisbury Plain Armed Forces Day' events are also now open, bookable via the website.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of the region’s biggest summer celebrations—Solstice Sounds 2026 is set to be an unforgettable night.
