Shops will open until 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 5th, for an evening of festive shopping in Salisbury, the City of the Stars, this Christmas.
Many of our treasured independent retailers will be open, including Chas H Baker, Bradbeers, Dinghams, FatFace, Luxury Bubble & Offer, OSO Boutique, Sofas and Stuff and Rocketship, plus many more – with special Christmas shopping offers.
Among the offers on the night are 15% off when you spend £30 or more in Claire’s Accessories; tea and chocolates plus a free gift with spend of £15+ at L’Occitane; a glass of fizz and 10% off at Luxury Bubble plus a free prize draw for a £100 gift voucher; and a 10% discount at Nicky Joyce Hair. OSO Boutique will have a Lucky Dip present for all customers on the night, plus festive fizz.
For food and drink after your shopping, head to The Old Ale and Coffee House, where, if you buy a glass of Prosecco, your shopping buddy will get a free glass on the (Old Ale) House.
Pure Comfort will offer a glass of fizz to every customer, 20% off Christmas scatter cushions, and 10% off any purchase on the night. There will also be drinks and mince pies at Sofas and Stuff.
There will be animations and performances around the city, with groups performing for a full two hours from 5pm, including Bishop Wordsworth students and scholars; Salisbury Pluckers; the Salisbury City Band; and Wiltshire College and University Centre Music Department.
Happy 'elf helpers' will also be on hand around the city, directing people to where they’d like to go, handing out maps and information, and promoting the offers available on the night.
Look out for free leaflets around town, which have a full rundown of Christmas events. Or visit www.experiencesalisbury.co.uk for more information.
