Salisbury's City Hall has officially reopened over the weekend with a VIP event with a host of local acts performing.
Hosted by Salisbury Radio's Andy Munns, the event was attended by people from across Salisbury's community, including the Mayor of Salisbury, Cllr John Wells, and the MP for Salisbury, John Glen.
Frogg Moody was on hand to provide an overview of the history of City Hall, followed by musical performances from the Salisbury Plain Military Wives Choir, Joe Burke, The Few and local legends Lump.
Justin Britford and his team from MECA have completed phase one of their refurbishments, and after a soft launch last week, this was a chance for some of those who have campaigned for City Hall to reopen to come together.

The building will continue to be worked on in the coming months, with meeting rooms and the Picture House Cafe opening for bookings in the near future.
Tickets are on sale for a variety of performances, including Jimmy Carr, Rhod Gilbert, Pink Floyd Experience and magician James Phelan.

It has also now been confirmed that Salisbury Radio will bring local radio back to the City Hall radio studios, with the local radio station for Salisbury relocating to the premises within the next couple of months.
