Salisbury man due to appear in court next month charged with multiple sex offences

A man has been summoned to court in relation to multiple sex offences.

Michael Colin Bell, 70, of Bemerton Heath, Salisbury, will appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on February 17 charged with 10 counts of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16 and two counts of indecent assault on a man over 16.

Some of the offences date as far back as 1994.

If you wish to report sexual offences, regardless of how much time has passed, you can do so by calling the police on 101.

Victims can also seek support and counselling from the Swindon & Wiltshire Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).
