Salisbury FC has announced the signing of Josh Hedges from Didcot Town.
During his interview with Salisbury Radio, manager Brian Dutton suggested a signing was imminent, and it appears that Hedges was that signing.
Josh, 19, is an attacking player who the club hope will entertain supporters. He is a skilful winger who is able to play in a variety of positions.
Hedges has been training and playing with the squad throughout pre-season, so is already integrated with the group.
Brian Dutton is pleased to get the signing done finally. He said, "I’m really pleased to get Josh over the line, we have been chasing him all Summer. With interest from National League Clubs, it’s a relief to finally dot the I’s and cross the T’s.
"Josh is a young attacking player with lots of potential. He can play in numerous attacking positions and will add something different to our squad this season. I’m looking forward to developing his skills and hopefully helping him reach his goals."
