Salisbury Radio was told that Progress Cafe Bar on Endless Street in Salisbury had to postpone its opening yesterday.
There, however, has been a change of advice, and they can now open tonight (18th November).
The new inclusive venue will act as a safe and warm space for all parts of the Salisbury community and will be open from 6 pm until midnight.
It posted on its social media, "Following local authorities advice, we are delighted to announce that our doors will now be open from 6 pm this evening.
"A selection of hot food will also be available.
"We look forward to welcoming everyone!"
It would seem that they are able to open if they are serving hot food and another local venue has stepped in to help out.
