New Salisbury mayor elected

Salisbury’s new Mayor says she’s honoured to serve the city during the year ahead.

Councillor Jenny Bolwell has been elected as Salisbury’s 765th Mayor.

Her chosen charity is Salisbury Foodbank, with a focus on tackling hunger and reducing the stigma around asking for help.

Councillor Victoria Charleston will serve as Deputy Mayor.
