Salisbury’s first multi-use studios will officially open on Saturday, 29th April.
Rafiki Studios will be Salisbury's only multi-use double studio space in central Salisbury. The spaces are accessible and large enough to host a variety of classes, workshops and talks. They will be available for hire for anyone interested in using the spaces for regular classes, one-offs and everything in between.
Ilona Coryndon Burns said: "Rafiki Studios offers a safe, welcoming and accessible space for Salisbury and the surrounding areas to use and enjoy as part of a well-being lifestyle. We aim to create a community around Rafiki Studios that explores different practices related to yoga, pilates, meditation, mindfulness, music and open communication."
"The studios are about creating a community-building space where people can explore something new, talk to like-minded people and know that they are in a safe, non-judgmental space.
"From a teacher's perspective, the studios offer a purpose-built space designed to cater to well-being practices, and it's not a draughty village hall!"
"We are celebrating our opening with a launch party and open studios on Saturday, 29th April, from 12 pm - 7 pm. The day will offer studio tours, live music by Hamlet Peter and taster sound bath and yoga session.
"As part of our launch, we are offering an early booking promotion - £10 off per hour for regular class booking for a month, and £25 off a half/full day."
Rafiki Studios is in Priory Square, central Salisbury - for anyone familiar with the old party shop Party Seasons, that's where they are. The address is 2-3 Priory Square, SP2 7TL.
