After a suspicious incident involving a man posing as a taxi driver in Salisbury on the 11th of September, Wiltshire Police have charged a man with Kidnap and Sexual Assault.
A woman reported that a man she believed was a taxi driver made sexual advances towards her in his vehicle.
Iancu Romica Coman, 38, from Fisherton Street, Salisbury has been remanded in custody and appeared before court on the 8th October.
