A man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Salisbury.
Jake Guyatt, 32, of Spire View in Salisbury, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court this morning (7th May 2026).
The charge relates to an incident at an address in Firsdown on May 5 in which a woman sustained serious injuries.
The woman remains in hospital.
As well as attempted murder, Guyatt has also been charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of a class B drug.
