The Go4Food.co.uk model is a "pass-through" system where restaurants receive 100% of their listed menu price. The platform's revenue comes from a simple, transparent fee structure paid by the customer, which includes a small booking fee and an 8% service charge. This structure allows the company to cover its operational costs while ensuring restaurants keep the profits they've worked for.

Deliveries are handled by a network of local professional drivers, including Salisbury-based private hire drivers, ensuring a discreet and reliable service. The company is actively onboarding local restaurants, providing them with a free online portal to manage their menus, prices, and products with complete autonomy.
