Salisbury Arts Centre is now home to a mural dedicated to the venue's events.
Local artist Michele Milledge was commissioned to paint a mural inside the foyer of Salisbury Arts Centre, adding a vibrant and creative piece of art for the whole community to enjoy.
The completed mural was unveiled on Friday 3 May when visitors attended Paul Foot's comedy show, Dissolve.
The mural took 11 days to complete, with help from Michele’s friends and family, volunteers from Salisbury City Council Youth Groups, Mind the Gap (over 60s), Wiltshire Creative Young Ambassadors, and Wiltshire Creative staff and volunteers.
The brand-new piece of art will be available for all to see at the upcoming Salisbury International Arts Festival this summer, with shows including Fault Lines on 29th May, Barbara Nice on 31at May and Shirley Smart Trio on 1st June taking place at the Arts Centre.
All tickets are available from www.wiltshirecreative.co.uk.
