The Music Room is hosting a free Learn to Play day on Sunday 9th October 2022.
The local music shop will offer free 10-15 minute music lessons to anyone wanting to pick up an instrument for the first time or return to making music.
"You can have never played before or be an experienced musician who wants some extra tips, we will be covering everything," said Jack from The Music Room.
The shop will be open from 11am - 4pm and there will be guitar, bass, drums, ukelele and clarinet lessons, for free, all day.
Learn to Play Day is part of a national initiative called 'Music For All' which will see music shops across the country participate in the event.
The charity aims to change lives across the UK by improving access to making music. Find out more about Music for All here.
Give the shop a call on 01722 322278 to book a slot for your free taster lesson.
