Knit Your own Zephyr the Eagle

The Army Flying Community team are inviting individuals and community groups to get involved in their exciting new project which is inspired by the Army Air Corps mascot, Zephyr the Eagle.

They are inviting people to help them create their own group of mini knitted and crochet eagles which will then fly out to different locations across Hampshire and Wiltshire. People who would like to take part can use their own pattern or request one from the museum by emailing outreach@armyflying.com or they can post a copy of the pattern to you.

Finished eagles can be sent to:
Dan Ball, Army Flying Museum, Middle Wallop, Stockbridge, Hants, SO2O 8FB or you can drop them off to the museum.

Closing date for eagles is the 1st July 2021
