Pita-Pita, a brand new Greek food outlet, has opened its doors in Salisbury's Market Place.
Pita‑Pita will operate as a fast‑food venue offering traditional Greek wraps, baguettes, boxes, Greek salad and other delicacies, with limited indoor and outdoor seating.
Salisbury’s food scene has grown consistently in recent years, driven by both local demand and commuter traffic.
By introducing authentic Athenian‑style gyros at accessible price points while maintaining high standards of quality, Pita‑Pita adds a healthy and quick food option to the market.
“We are delighted to open our doors today and bring the original Athenian gyros experience to Salisbury’s residents and visitors,” says one of the owners and founders of Pita‑Pita, an experienced hospitality operator in the area. “Despite the challenging economic climate, we recognised a gap in the market and have tailored our pricing accordingly to make the product accessible to the entire community. We look forward to welcoming everyone to try our food.”
Pita‑Pita will operate seven days a week from 11:00 to 19:00 as it gauges local demand and refines its offering.
Soon, the venue plans to introduce delivery through all major platforms to reach customers beyond the city centre.
Pita-Pita is located on 12 Minster Street, Salisbury, with its main entrance on the market square.
