Salisbury District Hospital has announced that they are under "intense pressure".
In a Tweet today (21st October 2022), Salisbury District Hospital said, "Please don't go to A&E unless you have a life-threatening illness or severe injury to help us prioritise the most urgent patients.
"Consider alternatives for minor illness or injury - Salisbury Walk-In Centre, NHS 111 or your local pharmacy."
