The Chickpea Group are taking over the Market Inn in Salisbury's Market Place, and it's currently undergoing a refurbishment.
The group already run several venues around the area, including the Silver Plough, Pitton, The Pembroke Arms, Wilton, as well as Nole on the Square, very near The Market Inn.
They say the plan is to renovate the pub and reveal some of its original charms, revealing some of the 120-year-old venue's original features.
The menu, overseen by executive chef Harry Russell, will feature 'classic pub bangers'.
Ethan Davids, one of three directors at Chickpea, alongside his sister Jordan and their friend Tommy Tullis, said, "I've always loved the Market Inn. This is slightly different to the pubs we are used to because most of our boozers are destination food spots in the countryside.
"We love taking a punt on opportunities, getting our hands on places that would otherwise be closed. We hope a pared-back approach to our normal pub food offer will be well received."
