This morning, a new brand appeared in Salisbury city centre as Bradbeers opened their new department store at 10:30.
It is well known to many in the city because of its popular Romsey and New Milton branches. Bradbeers have filled the old Debenhams building on Blue Boar Row, which they already owned.
The store, which will cover two floors, will offer products from well-known suppliers across womenswear, menswear, shoes, fashion accessories, fragrances, cosmetics, and homewares.
Salisbury's MP John Glen was on hand to cut the ribbon and officially open the store and told Salisbury Radio, "It's fantastic news to have the store open here, the crowds of people going in. We are delighted to have them here in the city. I hope it will encourage people from the wider area to come here and spend money locally and in other shops and restaurants."
It is understood that more concessions will be added in the coming weeks and months.
The restaurant offers hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day.
Many well-known brands are in the store, including Phase Eight, which has moved from its former location in the city.
Also in store, you will find a champagne bar run by The Immersive Group, well-known in the city for its other venues, Tinga, Caboose, Hixon and Deacons.
