Young Company auditions are open for this year Playhouse Panto

Wiltshire Creative's applications are open for the Young Company for this year’s pantomime production, Sleeping Beauty.

We are looking for young performers aged 12 – 17*. The role will primarily involve dancing, but young performers will be required to sing in the larger ensemble numbers.

This is a chance to work and perform with a professional acting company and production team. It is great fun, and you will be performing on the Main Stage at Salisbury Playhouse.

Artistic Director Gareth Machin said, “Pantomime at the Playhouse is one of Salisbury’s cultural highlights, a feast of music, dance and laughter.

"The young company are right at the heart of the production, working alongside the talented professional cast to create a memorable festive treat for the whole city. This year we will be telling the story of Sleeping Beauty in a brand new version full of magic and spectacle.”

The deadline for audition registration is 9 am, Monday 1st July 2024.

Auditions will be held at Salisbury Playhouse on Saturday 6th July 2024.

*Please Note: You must be aged 12 or older by Friday, 25th October 2024, to be able to apply.
