Witness appeal after incident of outraging public decency

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident of outraging public decency in Salisbury on Wednesday 10th August 2022.

According to Wiltshire Police, between 6pm and 8pm at Churchill Gardens car park in Salisbury, it is alleged that a man inside a small black hatchback vehicle was masturbating in clear view of others around.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s. Unfortunately, we have no further description at this time.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said, "If anyone has any information, please call 101 quoting reference number 54220084403."
