Wiltshire Council are reminding residents to stay alert after reports of scam phone calls.

Several residents have reported suspicious contact from individuals claiming to represent Wiltshire Council, particularly regarding housing complaints or repairs.

These calls often come from mobile numbers, mention vague 'urgent issues' and provide no clear justification.

If you're not sure whether a call is genuine, it's okay to end the call and check with Wiltshire Council directly.
