A four-goal second half saw play-off hopeful Chesham United run out 3-1 winners at home to Salisbury FC.
Goals-wise, this was very much a game of two halves, with neither goalkeeper being too busy during the first half.
Although neither side were able to take them, Brandon Goodship did force Dante Baptiste into a good safe after 8 minutes as he got down to turn away the Salisbury forward's effort.
Other chances were created, though neither 'keeper was duly troubled with most strikes being off target.
Nil-nil at halftime, it only took seven minutes for Salisbury to take the lead through Josh Sommerton. Goodship delivered a good corner, and Sommerton was on hand to finish well on 52 minutes.
The lead lasted 7 minutes as Chesham United came back at Salisbury.
Jordan Gibbons guided his 25-yard strike beyond the outstretched hand of Smith in the Salisbury goal as it nestled in the top corner.
The home side then took the lead 6 minutes later. Ricardo German used his strength go get in on goal before finishing well.
The promotion chasers put the game beyond Salisbury with 15 minutes left on the clock when Brad Clayton found himself with time and space in the White's penalty area and duly finished past Smith.
On 80 minutes, Baptiste in the Chesham goal was injured, and the home side had made all their substitutions. This meant going down to 10-men and having a makeshift goalkeeper, though Salisbury couldn't take advantage, and the game ended 3-1 to the home side.
Salisbury FC next travel to play Truro City in Plymouth on Wednesday before their final league game of the season on Saturday (22nd April) at home to Weston Super Mare.
