Two people have been taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries following a collision between a van and a motorcycle on the A360 yesterday morning (11th May).
At around 11.20 am on Sunday, police responded to a collision between a Volkswagen Transporter and a Harley-Davidson on the A360 between Longbarrow Roundabout and the Stonehenge Visitor Centre.
Police said in a statement, "The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 60s, and the pillion passenger, a woman in her 70s, were both taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.
"The driver of the van was uninjured.
"Any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have dash cam are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597 quoting log 114 of today’s date (11/05).
"Alternatively, they can contact the team directly at SCIT@wiltshire.police.uk."
