Two cars collide on A303 leaving two needing hospital treatment

Police in Wiltshire are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision that occurred on the A303 on Tuesday evening (11th February).

In a statement, police said, "A Nissan Qashqai and an Audi A6 collided near Fonthill Bishop at a junction leading to The Rings at 4.41pm.

"The driver and passenger who were inside the Nissan remain in hospital with serious but non-life-changing injuries.

"If you witnessed the collision, or have dash cam footage of it, please contact the serious collision investigation team on 01225 694597 quoting log number 240 of 12/02.

"Alternatively, email SCIT@wiltshire.police.uk."
