Police in Salisbury executed a warrant on Festival Avenue in Salisbury on Tuesday morning (25th June).
Officers were executing a warrant at an address on Festival Avenue, where phones were seized along with cannabis.
They also arrested two people on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
Eyewitnesses said there were multiple police cars and vans, as well as armed police, present during the operation.
Police said, "We executed a warrant on Tuesday morning in Festival Avenue, Salisbury, during which cannabis and phones were seized.
"Two people, a man aged 21 and a woman aged 25, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs. Our enquiries are ongoing."
