The break-in, at Sole Obsession on Fisherton Street, is believed to have happened between 3.30am and 8am and was reported to police by a member of the public shortly after 8am.
An investigation began immediately, and two men were identified and subsequently arrested on suspicion of burglary.
NPT T/Insp Laura Elliott said: "Thanks to the efforts and partnership working between Salisbury Neighbourhood Policing Team officers and PCSOs, Salisbury response officers and the City Watch team, the suspects were quickly identified and apprehended."
The two men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were taken to Melksham for questioning, and enquiries are ongoing.
