Wiltshire's new Chief Constable, Catherine Roper, is taking a more transparent approach to the job with open letters to the PCC.
In the latest letter, Chief Constable Roper underlines what work she has been undertaking in the last couple of weeks and the action that she has taken.
Part of the letter responds to the National Police Chief's Council (NPCC) Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) report, which among other things highlighted police perpetrated violence.
As part of the action around this, the letter states that Chief Constable Roper has "dispensed with the services of two police officers over recent weeks, as their behaviours and values fell far below that which I consider to be acceptable."
