Salisbury's annual Charter Fair is back and up and running since it opened its rides yesterday afternoon.
The annual Salisbury Charter Fair runs until Wednesday, 18th October, in Salisbury Market Place and Guildhall Square.
The fair is lighting up the centre of Salisbury with an exciting variety of traditional and modern rides, stalls and attractions.
Enjoy a taste of this year's fair thanks to Brunton Media.
In 1227 – seven years after the building of Salisbury Cathedral began – King Henry III granted a Charter to the Bishop of Salisbury to hold a fair on the third Monday in October.
The Charter Fair offers plenty of fun for all the family with fair favourites, including the carousel, dodgems and waltzer, and other exciting rides such as Venom for the thrill seekers.
Juvenile rides will cost just £2 until 6 pm.
The Fair is open from 11 am until 10 pm Monday through to Wednesday.
