The Salisbury Motor Show 2025 brought Salisbury to life this past weekend, drawing over 10,000 enthusiastic visitors to the city centre for a spectacular celebration of automotive excellence.
The free event, now firmly established as a highlight in the regional events calendar, showcased more than 100 display vehicles, interactive experiences, and special guest appearances that thrilled attendees of all ages.
Motoring enthusiasts were treated to an incredible variety of cars on display, ranging from classic favourites dating back to 1920 to cutting-edge new releases from major manufacturers, including Ford, BMW, MG, and Peugeot.
The event’s TT racing simulator, free face painting and retro gaming sims provided visitors with high-octane thrills. At the same time, families and enthusiasts alike enjoyed exploring the latest models and vintage treasures.
However, the sporting bears' dream rides were a roaring success, offering dream rides in supercars and classic cars, from Lamborghinis to AMGs and more. Over £ 6,000 was raised over the course of the day, an increase of over 30% on last year, making it one of the most successful charity fundraising events that the team of automotive altruists has attended.
Adding to the excitement, the show was hosted by television personality Tim Shaw, co-host of the popular motoring show CAR SOS, alongside automotive expert and fan favourite Sam Hard. Their engaging commentary, expert insights, and infectious enthusiasm kept the crowds entertained throughout the day.
“We are absolutely thrilled with the success of this year’s Salisbury Motor Show,” said Andy Entwistle, from event organisers The British Motor Show. “The turnout has been incredible, and it’s been fantastic to see so many people enjoying the cars, the atmosphere, and the community spirit that this event brings to Salisbury. It’s also a great way to promote our main event in Farnborough, with hundreds of tickets sold, and we have plans to go even bigger in 2026.”
Plans are already underway for the 2026 show, with a date set for 21st June 2026, promising to build on this year’s success with even more exciting features and attractions.
