Live Escape Rooms Salisbury has officially opened their first experience based in The Cross Keys Shopping Centre.
The new table game ‘Pieces of Eight’ is now available for bookings. Husband and wife owners, Claire and Charlie Pitcher, have been working round the clock to turn the downstairs of their 14th-century building into a pirate tavern ready to welcome teams to play their pirate chests experience.
“‘Pieces of Eight’ has all the puzzles and clever mechanics of an escape room. However, any plucky buccaneers wanting to play, need to work together to find the treasure at the Captain’s table in our pirate tavern, aptly named The Plume of Feathers.
“There are three chests to open and teams will need to progress through them all in just 60 minutes before Captain Bartholomew’s men return to take what’s rightfully theirs,” said Claire.
Claire and Charlie are planning more fun experiences at their Cross Keys location, including another three escape rooms.
“We are also going to build some cells downstairs for our collaborative team game ‘The Brig’. Players will have to help each other break out within an hour.
“The plan is to have Pieces of Eight and The Brig be a versus experience too. Perfect for team building or fun Christmas parties,” she continues.
The venue also hosts ghost hunts, table games, and escape rooms, “there will be something for everyone to enjoy if they are visiting the city centre,” added Claire.
