Save the date as wedding fair goes ahead

Salisbury City Council are excited to confirm that the Salisbury Wedding Fair and Bridal Boot Sale at the Guildhall will go ahead this year.

Salisbury’s magnificent grade II listed Guildhall will be hosting the Wedding Fair and Bridal Boot Sale on Sunday 18 July.

As one of Salisbury’s most beautiful wedding venues, The Guildhall provides a perfect backdrop to this popular event.

The Wedding Fair and Bridal Boot Sale is FREE to enter and will open its doors at 11am until 3pm.

Wedding Fair exhibitors will showcase bridal wear, jewellery, flowers, photography, catering and much more; making it easy to do all of your wedding planning under one roof. The team from The Guildhall will also be there giving advice on how you can use the magnificent venue for your big day.

Visitors can enjoy live music and a FREE goodie bag for all brides to be.

The closing date for applications has now been extended to Sunday 4th July to give all businesses an opportunity to get involved (space permitting).

The Bridal Boot Sale will take place in the Guildhall Square alongside the Wedding Fair! Similar to a car boot this table top sale will give people the opportunity to sell wedding items they no longer want.

Running alongside the Wedding Fair all future bride and grooms will have the chance to find a bargain in amongst pre-loved wedding decorations, dresses, gifts and other items for use on their big day. To sell at the Bride Boot at a cost of £5 simply arrive by 9am to the Guildhall Square with your wares and a table.

The city council say, "Due to the current government guidelines, we are pleased that the Wedding Fair is still able to go ahead."
