Salisbury secured their place in the Wiltshire FA Premier Shield final with a convincing win over local rivals Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
First-half goals from Dan Fitchett, Callum Watts and Tom Leggett gave Salisbury a great start, whilst Jaden Perez and Karlos Gregory added two more in the second half to seal the victory.
Dan Fitchett opened the scoring for Salisbury in the 14th minute when he slotted low past Ben Clark in the Harlequins goal after being set free by good pressing from Noah Coppin.
Coppin was injured in the build-up and was replaced by Sido Jombati.
Salisbury doubled their lead when Cameron Coxe was pulled down in the penalty area. Callum Watts stepped up and stroked the penalty into the bottom left-hand corner with 36 minutes on the clock.
Tom Leggett then added his name to the scoresheet in the 40th minute when he was teed up by debutant Finn Tonks, smashing the ball into the back of the net, and Salisbury led 3-0 at half time.
It took less than 10 minutes for Salisbury to extend their lead at the start of the second half. Dan Fitchett broke the offside trap but ended up too wide to shoot himself. Instead, he teed up Jaden Perez to stroke home from inside the 6-yard box in the 53rd minute.
Karlos Gregory scored Salisbury's fifth with a good finish after being teed up by Cameron Coxe to wrap up the match in the 82nd minute.
Salisbury will now face Swindon Supermarine in the final at the Ray Mac on Tuesday, 29th April 2025.
