A trial has begun at Winchester Crown Court involving a man from Salisbury accused of multiple serious offences.
Scott McKenzie has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape, as well as grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm.
The charges relate to alleged incidents in Salisbury in December 2020 and in Prague in May 2023.
The court heard the defendant is accused of raping and assaulting a woman in Catherine Street, Salisbury.
He also faces allegations involving a separate incident in the Czech Republic.
The trial began on Monday April 20 and is expected to last around four weeks.
